Course Descriptions

Facilitation services offer large groups the opportunity to create an environment where the full contribution of each and every participant is allowed, encouraged and supported. In essence, it provides the capability to tap into the hidden potential of all members.

How do facilitators contribute? Simply put, they help people talk to each other; and communicate and work together. As a facilitator you’ll create a framework that allows people to tap into each other's creative potential and arrive at better solutions.

  • Realize facilitator core competencies
  • Identify consulting process phases
  • Recognize essentials of large group process
  • Use tools and options as an effective facilitator
  • Discover creative facilitation design for successful outcomes

40-hour Basic Mediation course from PSI or any other training organization.
