The Mediator’s Exchange

Mediation is like a muscle — the more you use it, the stronger it gets. This hands-on clinic offers the chance to practice mediation through guided role plays with coaching and feedback. Designed for those who have completed basic mediation training, it’s ideal for anyone looking to refresh their practice, build confidence, and continue honing their skills, whether you’re just starting to gain experience or looking to stay sharp. This is a 4-hour session.

These casual in-person gatherings bring together mediators from across the state to connect, share experiences, and build relationships within our growing alumni community. Each event offers an opportunity to strengthen professional connections, exchange ideas, and stay engaged with others who share your passion for mediation. This is a 2-hour session.

This series is designed for mediators at varied levels of experience who want to continue developing their practice. Each session offers opportunities to build and diversify your skillset while exploring real-world themes that shape the work of mediation. Guest speakers share insights drawn from their professional experience, based on a key topic area. These sessions offer space to reflect, learn from peers, and continue growing as a practitioner. 1-hour session.
